The Harrow Parks Forum (HPF) is an informal volunteer- based group established in 2015.
It is the network for all the London Borough of Harrow's (LBH) Constituted Friends and User Groups for parks, recreation grounds, and other community green spaces which is administered by a committee drawn from the members.
The group's focus is to:
Discuss and share best practices.
Work in partnership with the LBH to maintain green spaces within available budgets.
Influence decision making and the allocation of resources.
Liaise with the LBH to foster a cooperative relationship between parks and health, sports and environmental services.
Act as a key consultation group.
Assist in establishing newly constituted Friends Groups and Park User Groups (PUG's)
